Mirallas
It's embarrassing for the competition that Portugal are still in it. Portugal was robbed of a penalty. TBF if it was embarrassing, then Croatia and Poland should have finished them.

A team that haven't won a game inside 90 minutes are sitting in the the semi-finals. This tournament has been rubbish and Portugal epitomise it perfectly. This tournament has been rubbish and Portugal epitomise it perfectly. Must admit it has been a fairly shite tournament nothing to do with our lot being pants either it just hasn't felt the same for some reason, the only plus is the "lesser" sides doing well bar Wales ? Agree on Portugal absolute dross Edited July 1, 2016 by EFC-Paul

Mirallas
For tonight, I think it might help if Nainggolan or Witsel lock down Ramsey. Almost all of the through passes Bale gets come from Ramsey, so I think of you can shut him down, Wales will be quite handicapped.

Mirallas
Objectively, I think it's even steven now Belgium's defense are heavily downgraded. Subjectively, I'm shitting my pants and mentally preparing for tonight to be the end of the journey, potentially with an equally shit performance like the game against Argentina in the 2014 WC quarter finals. johnh
I think Belgium have got a plan for Wales. They will play Fellaini from the start and at the first opportunity he will elbow Bales 'hair bun' and knock it out of shape. Bale will then spend the rest of the game trying to get it back in place. Job done. markjazzbassist

Because of our own crappy defense Belgium will need to score at least 3 times against a solid Welsh defensive bloc, which I dont see happening. You never know with two Lukakus on the pitch though :-). Edited July 1, 2016 by holystove
MikeO
I'd like Wales to win. Despite this; it's behind the sofa cringe inducing stuff of the highest order! http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/36690435
Cornish Steve
Would love it if Wales could somehow knock of the Belgians. They can do it, and can definitely beat Portugal. One step at a time, though.

johnh
Wales have had twice as much possession as Belgium which sums up the way Belgium are playing. Lukaku (the one up front) isn't doing his usual jogging act, he is strolling or standing about. Lost count of the number of crosses by Belgium which have been overhit.
