Steve_E
It was a great team performance, but Denis edged it for me and I'm guessing a lot of other people (ahead of Hibbert-Heitinga and Fellaini). It was nice to see Baxter as well. He looks like he's bulked up, his first give and go was really good (didn't get it back though, otherwise he'd have been in on goal, but anyways the change of pace there was great) and his control for Neville's cross was top notch (though he should have done more after he had it in his feet). marcus jones
Stracq, who else but him?
Peter H
Haha, who voted for Baxter? I went for Hibbo for stepping up and proving us ALL wrong. But anyone of Stracq, Cahill,, Felli, Gibson could have won it tonight
SimonButtle
Stracq, he's not Messi but it looks like he might be a bit better than we all first thought, not seen the crowd cheer like that for a striker since the likes of big Dunc, he's a cult hero in the making
pete0
Haha, who voted for Baxter? I went for Hibbo for stepping up and proving us ALL wrong. But anyone of Stracq, Cahill,, Felli, Gibson could have won it tonight I think Gibson was poor, some very sloppy passes. You could tell him and Neville had the same training, the utd passing coach must be awful
MikeO
I went for Hibbo for stepping up and proving us ALL wrong. Don't think he necessarily proved us all wrong because we don't know how Duffy would have done....might have scored from a corner and made it 2-0 . But Hibbo was great no doubt. Hafnia
Heitinga, held the defence together, class act. Straq was incredible 11/10 for effort, his heading is brilliant as is his hold up play. But yep, johnny for me but could have been Denis or hibbert. Steve_E
By the way, Heitinga seems to pair well with everyone he plays with at the back.
Madmatt
Dennis for me. More running in 87 mins than that lazy bastard saha all season. Jonny H and feli were rocks, and a great team preformance! COYB

adziom
Gone for Stracq, but joint with Heitinga. Hibbert a close joint 3rd, Fellaini up there too. Great team effort.
c1982
For the forward performance we've been crying out for all season... Denis. Could have gone for Hibbo or Heit or Drenthe (much better attitude) but have decided to eat humble pie a vote for the no longer Argentinian Brett Angell - sorry Denis, you'll always be the Argentian Paul Rideout to me from now on!!! JamesN
Great team performance. For me it has to go for Straq. Commited performance. Take a bow son!
pete0
Straq has the same amount of votes for this game as Saha's got all season
StevO
Voted for Denis, he just ran himself ragged! I really hope we see him play with Jelavic. Heitinga just held the team together, it stuck out to me about five minutes from time Fellaini was talking to Dzeko, Johnny went over and just had a word to keep his head in the game. Very good leadership from him tonight. Even Drenthe gave them a nightmare, defensively aswell! 11 votes from me. Great work lads, that was Everton! The Everton we have missed this season. Lowensda
Stracq anyday, he was amazing. loggin off now, savour the moment....a new striker (shock horror) and a win over City *slips off for a sly one* night x

StevO
I've given Moyes a lot of stick in recent weeks so i'll give him credit tonight, Moyes played a blinder. He got it spot on.
archie HKR
went for johnny absolute rock at the back but honestly could have gave it to any one tonight great team performance just hope they play like that for the rest of the season

Romey 1878
I gave it to Denis, but Heitinga was absolute class as the back. Our centre back pairing simply must include him.
Bailey
Heitinga for me. He was always there when we looked to be in trouble. Straq was brilliant tonight, as was Felli... in fact as were most of them!
s-mackie
Stracqualursi for me, that's what i want to see from an Everton centre forward. Superb.
duncanmckenzieismagic
Hibbo for me , came in and did an excellent job Johnny was superb and fair does to Denis he put in a shift and a half there tonight
Blue Monday
Stracqualursi was an absolute monster tonight, I think he set the tone for the whole team performance with his sheer effort. I thought Heitinga and Hibbert were fantastic, and Fellaini had another good game as well, but Dennis deserves the MOM.
JamesSmurfy
Denis, hes an animal. I loved the way all the fans got right behind him and that just made him put even more of a shift!
