MikeO
Christian Atsu is really showing his worth at Newcastle. He assisted on both goals tonight against Brighton. I think "assist" is a bit of a stretch for the first one, described by the BBC like this... "Newcastle are level, and among some of the most bizarre circumstances you'd imagine from the corner. I think it'll go down to Mohamed Diame, but he knew little about it. David Stockdale came out to punch the corner but his own striker Glenn Murray got there ahead of him. The ball fell to Christian Atsu, who miscued his volley goalwards and after a deflection off a teammate it spins up of Diame's heel towards the top right hand corner. A backtracking Stockdale can't get there and Fikayo Tomori can only head the ball into his own net from on the goal line. That is as strange as they come, but Newcastle fans won't mind!" Sibdane
I can't say I watch much Championship football, but this is the first I've heard of him doing well at Newcastle.

Newty82
Been found under the rubble of his home, sadly. Terrible thing to happen to all those people. Things like this always remind me how lucky we are in the UK and why I despise our growing nappy arse culture. Bailey and KinL
Romey 1878
RIP. I really hope that he went quickly and didn't suffer. Being buried alive would not be a good way to go at all. Bailey and Newty82

Cornish Steve
When someone we know, even in this way with his being a former player, is found dead among the ruins, it brings tragedies like this closer to home. So sad. RuffRob
