Matt
Besic by a fraction ahead of Barkley. Seriously though, it was a coin flip.

Newty82
Besic. Just in beast mode. Covered the back line brilliantly. Broke down attacks. Loads of energy. Those tackles are barely legal, quality. Barkley did immense too. We'll played to him. Naismith was up there too. All 3 of those mids looked really good. A nice triangle there. Toffee_in_LA
Was leaning Barkley until he faded a little bit in the second. Mo for me was on his game throughout the match so he nicks it for me.
MikeO
Besic by a fraction ahead of Barkley. Seriously though, it was a coin flip. That. Exactly.
duncanmckenzieismagic
Besic was ok without the ball, Barkley scored a great goal and wasn't that bad overall and Naismith and Jags were average. That's about as good as it got Naismith was less careless in possession so I gave it to him

Btay
Went Besic. Anyone who goes through Barton the way he did gets points for me!! Marshalled the midfield and game, Vargas didn't want anything after the third tackle and I hope he showed roberto he can play 1 box to box with an enforcer Matt
bluenosetoffee
It is a tough one between Besic and Barkley. Besic made some great and important tackles, wasn't afraid to make a challenge. Went into a challenge now and again a bit strong but played really well. Even his passing and awareness is good, when he gets the ball he doesn't panic, made a few mistakes yesterday but he is still learning. Barkley playing as a holding midfield though, you see a different part of his game. He can collect the ball, take on defenders and pass the ball well. I was impressed with both of the players but Barkley for me just for the goal and how he took it. Also made a few key passes.
