Hes on fire with 10 league goals in 11 games. Never seen him play though.

 

Scored 12 all last season, so maybe its a fluke, or maybe he wasnt a centre forward.

Unless all of these rumors of us going after a center forward are because we are intending on selling Richarlison this summer.

He’s not going. Signed a big deal before Carlo joined. This move makes 0 sense to me, unless we put Kean into it with an offer to buyback? Even then, makes no sense. I’d rather spend $50m on a partner for Gomes or Holgate.

Torn on the summer transfer needs to be honest. Before Christmas we were all crying out for a prolific CF until DCL came through. Is he going to keep this up and be like a Kane for us for next few years consistently- I don't know, hes great now but if goals dry up are we going to keep playing him through a barren spell?

Richarlison is not a lone striker and jury is still out on Kean.

If we were to get 3 new signings I think a starting RB, a hounding CM and a flair No. 10 are the priorities  - next would be a top striker.

Just realised missed off a starting CB, looks like we need 4 - 5 must have signings again already

I agree with a lot of that, but we don’t play a number ten so is there any point? Our wide players are a worry for me though.

And Bernard is easily our flair 10.

He hasn’t been in great form of late though, I don’t think the big clubs will be after him but he would be a perfect back up and foil for Dom. He’s a good player for sure, would love this signing and on a free!

He’s been a class player in Italy and for the national team - I just don’t see him in England - not many Italians seem to do well here bar Zola, di Canio, Carbone - can’t think of many more who have succeeded… I think the Premier League and Serie A are very different and think he’ll stay there or go to a ‘less competitive’ league like France or even Benfica/Porto. On paper, he’s like for like with Richarlison with work rate and attitude but it wouldn’t surprise me if it didn’t work out in this league for him. Don’t get me wrong, I’d be delighted if we signed him.

I remember him when he was younger and he was more suited to the premier league than the Italian league. He looked very strong and had a bit of pace and rawness  about him. 
kind of a Mitrovic type.
