Shukes Posted December 26, 2016 Report Posted December 26, 2016 Gonna give it Williams. Won so many headers and got vital interceptions today. Quote
Matt Posted December 26, 2016 Report Posted December 26, 2016 Thinking Williams, Gana or Joel. Not sure Quote
gethinO Posted December 26, 2016 Report Posted December 26, 2016 Nothing was going past Williams today. Looked good with Mori and Holgate either side! Quote
Romey 1878 Posted December 26, 2016 Report Posted December 26, 2016 Thinking Williams, Gana or Joel. Not sure I was disappointed with Gana today tbh, Matt. Quote
Matt Posted December 26, 2016 Report Posted December 26, 2016 I was disappointed with Gana today tbh, Matt.he messed up a few times but he was still everywhere. Looked a lot better with Davies in the pitch Quote
Shukes Posted December 26, 2016 Report Posted December 26, 2016 he messed up a few times but he was still everywhere. Looked a lot better with Davies in the pitch Davies and Gana together, now that's pressing football. Elston Gunnn 1 Quote
Romey 1878 Posted December 26, 2016 Report Posted December 26, 2016 he messed up a few times but he was still everywhere. Looked a lot better with Davies in the pitch Davies has got to keep his place on the bench. Getting cameo's like that will be brilliant for him. Quote
Aidan Posted December 26, 2016 Report Posted December 26, 2016 Liked Lennon today he worked his socks off from start to finish. Mentions for Williams, Davies and Barkley. Hopefully Davies starts next game. Quote

Cornish Steve Posted December 26, 2016 Report Posted December 26, 2016 It may seem an odd choice, but for me it's Robles. His confidence carried over to the defence. He didn't put a foot wrong. Quote
c1982 Posted December 26, 2016 Report Posted December 26, 2016 Just driving (passengering) back... top away day! Williams for me... warrior type performance! Gueye made a few mistakes but thought he was one of our better players. He had a little fall out with Holgate which Coleman did a good job to mediate and sort out. Koeman needs credit for those subs and a system that accommodated Barry, who was our most positive player when he was on - always looking forward. Mori was shaky again - his distribution could have got us into trouble in the first half. Joel deserves to keep his place - looked confident on crosses. Last mention goes to Davies, Holgate and Barkley - all have massive futures at our club! Quote

StevO Posted December 26, 2016 Report Posted December 26, 2016 Joel for me. Needs to keep his place. Quote
MikeO Posted December 26, 2016 Author Report Posted December 26, 2016 Only saw the second half so not going to vote. Quote
JoeQuince Posted December 26, 2016 Report Posted December 26, 2016 I went with Robles because of how well he commanded his area and positioned himself, and because he got that fluke of an assist. Quote
c1982 Posted December 26, 2016 Report Posted December 26, 2016 Interesting, I thought Barry mostly passed backwards and Mori was solid. First half we were very poor, just passing it around the back and Mori launching it out of play. Barry was the only one picking out players ahead of him. Leicester were there for the taking today - gladly we did but I had my doubts at half time. Quote

Safe journey home mate. Quote
c1982 Posted December 26, 2016 Report Posted December 26, 2016 Ta Pad! Quality! Sat just by the partition between the Leicester fans too who had been getting a bit narky!!! We didn't coax them at all! Leicester is one of the more local games for me so almost home now - top day! Quote
pete0 Posted December 26, 2016 Report Posted December 26, 2016 Williams, his head has a ball magnet. Quote
Bill Posted December 27, 2016 Report Posted December 27, 2016 After watching the highlights and reading all the reports I'm pleased to see that some people have at last voted for Williams, I've been his biggest critic Cos I don't like signing 32 year old players when we already have several at the club. In my eyes he not been very good and has never stood out in any game since he came here, that being said we managed one of the few clean sheets we have had this season, could have voted for any of the defence Cos on reflection they all played reasonably well. After great thought and deliberation, would you believe my vote for MOTM goes to Ashley Williams. lol. Quote
Shukes Posted December 27, 2016 Report Posted December 27, 2016 I'll be complimenting Robles next! Quote
Romey 1878 Posted December 27, 2016 Report Posted December 27, 2016 I'll be complimenting Robles next! Even you must've liked him claiming aerial balls rather than Stek's method of just punching everything? Even balls a toddler could catch he punches, does my head in. Quote

Btay Posted December 27, 2016 Report Posted December 27, 2016 I went williams, absolute rock at the back however I though mori and holgate dealt with everyone defensively. Joel needs to start the next few games. We should throw a cheeky bid at mahrez Quote

Shukes Posted December 27, 2016 Report Posted December 27, 2016 Hasn't he been dropped because he doesn't make any effort in training? Had a good season last year admittedly but before then I hadn't heard of him. Quote
