What Cornish is saying is playing for national team most important so he can get Everton work visa.  Playing in turkey won’t do anything towards that.  Am I right @Cornish Steve ?

I think I everyone read it like that. Quite clear what he meant and I agree.

Unfortunate he got Injured, but at least he got another international appearance on his belt just before.

The point is- he’s on loan to develop as a footballer- playing the odd game for Nigeria wont do that.

It’s a valid point, but we need his permit to come through so he develops at Everton. Looking at the two arguments, one is more relevant than the other. Of course he has to develop, but if we keep having to loan him out because he can’t get a permit, then permit comes first. The lad clearly has a bunch of talent, and maybe we can nurture it better once he’s here? To do that, he needs a permit and for that to happen, international apps mean more.

If he isn’t playing for his club side he doesn’t get picked for Nigeria Matt- it’s imperative he plays every minute and does well.

True. I'm not saying it's one or the other, just agreeing that international apps are more important so we can get him here.
