Not seen anyone get the better of Godfrey at left back since he’s played there. What a signing

We really do miss Doucoure and Allan don't we.
We need 2 extra midfielders for cover
Davies is a mannequin

Massive hole in midfield

Struggling to see us winning tonight if Davies plays.

1. Wolves. Iwobi did a give and go but the route of the successful return pass from James was a joke, 3 or 4 players all within a tight grouping on the run and he threaded it through. I had to rewind it a few times ... Even if a player seen the pass only 3 or 4 in the world can make that.
2. Sheff Wed. Richarlison offside goal. Similar to the wolves pass, I honestly don't know how his brain works calculate the pass and to send the message to his left leg in the time he does it
Honestly, he is an unbelievable passer of the ball, probably the best passer of the ball I've seen of that type.
The weight of his passes are sublime. Like literally perfect. To the point where if they were any less perfect they’d be shit passes if you get me??

Went with Rodrigues but André Gomes was great too

You call taking off DCL for a completely useless player attacking if he was being attacking he would have gone 2 up
Two up with who? Cenk Tosun

I genuinely don’t see how anyone can go after the manager at all.
But to go after him for his substitutions tonight is mental, he made 3 attacking substitutions. What would you have done at 0-0? From what we had on the bench what was your solution?

Showed nothing to suggest he should be playing. Big chance for him tonight which he didn’t take. Bernard should be ahead of him.

The flat back four has turned our fortunes around - no doubt about it.
Hopefully the star players that are out, come back fitter & sharper to push us in the final 3rd of the season. 5/6th must be our immediate target now.

today shows why keeping bernard is a good idea. he offers quality on the ball, pace, passing vision when he's on his game. gordon is still too raw
He did well

Don't know how you you can be so hard on Doucoure, he covered every blade of grass on the field from box to box, there was a lot of players worse than him.
My vote goes to Godfrey.
Covering every blade of grass and having a positive effect on the game are two very different things. I expect a lot more from him.

I made a point in watching Doucoure in particular tonight, he was everywhere, left right, backwards forwards. He did tire towards the end, but not surprised his work rate is immense.
Going for Gyli though - massive improvement on how he was playing last year, so is upping his game.
I haven’t down voted you because that’s your opinion! However I thought Doucoure had absolutely no effect on the game, he was chasing shadows throughout.

Thought he was great!

Gomes? I thought there were moments were he looked like he may have a decent game but he blew it, some really poor give aways and not being strong enough
I thought he got on the ball in our own half slowed down their play and looked a lot better than previously. I did only see the second half but I thought he did well
