If the ball hadn't taken a deflection due to another player desperately defending to get us a point then Keane clears that no bother. As it is he was wrong-footed and couldn't adjust himself quick enough. I think people are being a bit over the top about this one.
I understand he's an easy target because he has made some big mistakes but I wouldn't put today's in there. It was just one of those things in my opinion.

I live 270 km south of Ukraine on the black sea coast. I fear my city could become frontline of further military actions should this escalate. It doesn't help there is NATO base very close from here. Sorry but I have to be realistic and weight the odds for the good sake of my family.

Didn't work out too well for the allies when the same was said about appeasing Hitler over Czechoslovakia.
    Appeasing someone rarely works out.

That decision comes with huge technical problems and also damages every country which are in the SWIFT system. Removing Russians from the SWIFT system has been on the table before as well but never been processed because of the same reason.
On the other hand, I used to live in Donetsk and Luhansk 11 years ago. Donetsk used to be one of their biggest cities in whole country, not just in Donbass area. A big "business man" Rinat Akhmedov used to own half of the city by himself, then he is kind of eliminated by Russians. Luhansk on the other hand was a small country-side-like city of Ukraine. I have spent a year and half of my life over there. I have had good friends, collected good memories back in my time there. Many of my Ukrainian friends were killed during the first conflict. The rest who were on Ukrainian side had to flee.
Both cities, though, were most like Russian cities even back then I must say. Except the governmental stuff, people used to talk and write in Russian. They used to cross borders many times in a day. People were hanging Russian flags onto their cars instead of Ukrainian flag. In the western side of the country though, especially in Kiev, if you were talking in Russian you could get ignored by people immediately. I am not trying to justfiying madness of Putin, but more like trying to give an insight. Putin, on the other hand, I can bet he is jerking off to his Russian Imperial dreams at the moment...
What suprised me is that he really gone for it and bombed Kiev as I was thinking he is playing cool, getting what he wants without a hot conflict. He insane but do not forget, Ukraine is very important for Russia and EU were poking it for a long time already. Their north sea business are out-played by EU and NATO. Their one and only trade port on the north is covered in ice for 6 months every year. For Russia's naval trade traffic on the south, Black Sea is the last option and they do not want to give it away. That's why he mentioned historical NATO moments in his speech just before the invasion.

The very last time that I have seen Donbas area was 5 years ago. I was called and invited by the IFRC to the zone for a project they were trying to implement after the Russian invasion. I have seen the conflicted zones, mined areas, places I have lived and walked through... Everything was terrifying.

Still remembering the people in this car. They were passing by through the road where we were distrubuting food and hygiene boxes, they sounded the horn, waved at us and about an hour later we've heard the news... They were innocent people, like me, my colleagues and affected people around that zone and died for nothing because of a meaningless war.

I don't see a bright future for Ukraine. They were always puppet of Putin's Russia. He never let a true strong opponent lead Ukraine. He always micro managed that country, now he wants to claim it totally. A mad mad man. Modern day Hitler... I would love to see real actions against him globally. Not stupid, "we are with you", "we are deeply saddened", "stop the non-sense immediately mr. putin" kind of bullshit. Maybe it is not possible to really save the Ukraine anymore but that greed, it will never end. A couple of years later, he will do the same to Belarus, then another and another.

Spurs fan in peace here. I think the way this has been structured is best for all concerned.
Alli has had Poch, Mourinho, Nuno and now Conte try to get a tune out of him again. The first thing Lampard needs to do is ban his smart phone and playstation. Alli is the opposite of Lampard in terms of work ethic, and I can see him losing his **** with Alli after a month or two.

I hope I am wrong. He was like the Milton Keynes Gazza. Played with such freedom. His game is pure instinct when on song. I hope Lampard recognises that, as I think he went about the game very differently in terms of practice.

Breaks my heart to see him go, but he needed to. I hope he does well for you and gets back in an England shirt. I just can't see it happening.

I haven't been logged in for a while due to travels in my life and occupation but still following Everton. I am not going to talk about Gylfi, hiring Rafa, leaving of Brands, Digne etc. as I guess it's been discussed many times here...
But what the heck is going on with the team? I mean, playing against the worst team in EPL, Norwich and Everton leaving the ball to them, waiting for the counter? Damn, which parallel universe is this?
    Gutted...

If it is just Everton, then yeah, Cenk has all the rights to expect a full payment. If it is a mutual wish as he may want to be on the pitch every week, then there will be a common ground. I don't believe newspaper reports, always exaggerated...

Seriously lads. There is a time and place for certain things.
Ancellotti had to tell the media he wasn't playing as he was fatigued.
Why the fuck is he posting a picture of him aboard a private jet the day before our final game?  Just fucking go and do it quietly.  Ah no ..... He has to earn £££ for his social media shite.
Regarding his daughter - he's been in Europe for past 7 years at least. He's been on international duty.  Let's not get all sentimental... He could have left real and joined a Colombian side if that was the important factor.  I miss my kids after a few hours never mind days or longer.
It's a lack of tact and sadly when you see the lack of commitment from players in our side and us saying something is culturally wrong in our club - this is an example.
The shit Iwobi got last year for his pic.... That was after the season finished.

I hope that plane is a single trip journey. Get the fuck out of our club. To say I'm angry is putting it mildly.
Let's not try and paint over this.... The wages we pay him to play have been spent on a private jet to take him away from club commitments. The last game of the season ...... This is a serious watershed moment for Carlo to manage.  How the fuck can any player accept any criticism for low effort or shite performances when Rodriguez has given them the biggest whataboutery wild card to use.

He made an impact at the beginning of that season for Galatasaray but then his performance drastically decreased, eventually Galatasaray did not use their option to buy. I did not check his performance at Roma.
It is physically gifted but consistency is not a highlighted skill of him I assume.

And that idiotic fascist salute (I hate those grey wolves) is usually done by two hands. It is not a one-handed salute and the national team salute to support the army is another story. I don't want to discuss it anymore on this forum as I couldn't get proper answers last time. Anyways...

I think people are up to execution with extreme prejudice more than ever because of virtue signalling for every single sh*t on media/social media. He clearly said that a fascist salute was not his intention and that must be the end of the story. There are no single sign or behaviour from his German or Turkey career days of being a far-right supporter as well. To be fair, there is no clear evidence to blame, only exaggerated SJW nonsense which assumes the intenions.
Having actively on the field globally (Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe, Central America...) as an NGO worker and hardcore civil rights movements supporter, these are my elegant opinions on what happened. Looks like it is how you urge your personal opinions upon the public.
