Let's say Martinez makes the decision to accept an offer on Player X. It takes some time for that info to spread to the necessary people. Then it takes even more time for that info to leak to the media. Then it takes even MORE time for the the media to inform Sky Sports, prepare the camera and main desk to go live, etc. It could very well be that the loan was completed 40 minutes ago and we're still waiting for it to trickle down. It will probably be Barry, McCarthy and Lukaku in, Fellaini out, which is still acceptable. Would prefer it if we could sign Fernando rather than McCarthy of course.
