'Shoulder charge (shoulder to shoulder) is only 'fair' if the ball is at the feet of the player being charged. In the Aguero case, the ball was four or five yards ahead. A shoulder charge 'off the ball' is a foul, end of.

Both running towards the ball as far as I'm aware. You see it all the time when full backs knock the striker out the way to let the ball run out of play.

Bournemouth look shocking here, wish they played like this against us. You'd put money on that the centre halves have never played together.

Clear pen turned down for Bournemouth even though the ref had a clear view of it.

Origi looks very poor. Scored from a hard angle, but other than that looks very amateur on the ball (controls it like he's wearing 2 pairs of shin pads the way the ball bounces off him), and even worse off it Arter showed him up big time Origi ran round him like a dog chasing its tail.

Just watched the first half of Bournemouth v Liverpool. As much as I hate to say it, the Liverpool players work twice as hard as ours. Every time a Bournemouth player gets the ball, anywhere on the pitch, he has a Liverpool player in his face. When the Everton opposition get possession, Everton jog back into their own half and set-up defensively. There is seldom any pressing from anywhere. I honestly don't think we are, currently, fit enough to play a pressing game.

You appear to have been watching a different game. Aguero put the ball passed Luiz who had no chance of keeping pace, so he took him out.

"Jamie Vardy scored 24 goals for Leicester last season but has not found the net for 18 games in all competitions for the Foxes. In the Premier League alone, Vardy has had six shots in his past 10 matches, with none on target."

The "1 season wonder" claim looks to be coming true....

He's a good runner though. Very quick.

Leicester making ten changes for tonight as they're already through their CL group. Hate that, means Porto given huge advantage over Copenhagen in the fight for second; should be rules that prevent it.

And suffered the heaviest CL defeat for an English team for it, or so I've heard
