Sibdane
Tell you who I would love to sign in the summer is Ki from Swansea (on loan at Sunderland). Really like him. Think he'd thrive under Martinez and a 5 million bid should get him. Great rotational option with europe as well! Also agree. I don't watch Sunderland much, but he always sticks out when I do. markjazzbassist
gethinO
Great player. Had a brilliant first year at Swansea as well so dunno what's happened really. Maybe Monk wants him back for next year though with Laudrup now gone... marcus jones
markjazzbassist
he's playing well today (the only one for sunderland, they are terrible). he would be a nice addition.
Bailey
Yeh I rate Ki too. Can play in any of the central midfield roles as well.
MC11
I'll I'll 5th Ki. Thought he was excellent against us. Slowed the game right down. Very comfortable on the ball

Droobie
I wonder where Gibson would fit in?
duncanmckenzieismagic
I wonder where Gibson would fit in? He will probably sit next to Dennis Lawrence and Joel Robles Kant, efc1111, Steve_E and 1 other

MC11
Thought Barkley showed he is a maestro in a deeper role last week. More cultured than McCarthy and Barry.
Cornish Steve
It's going to be interesting to see what difference it makes when Barry is absent, because he will be against City.
Newty82
It's going to be interesting to see what difference it makes when Barry is absent, because he will be against City. Thats a good point actually! Shiiiiiiit!!! Possibly McCarthy will drop back more (Barry role) and Barkley be given the more advanced (McCarthy) role. Got a feeling Osman will play a part in it though, because of his experience. Unless with jags then fully fit he just plays 3 CB, and just McCarthy in front??? Oh who knows!!! Romey 1878
Got a feeling Osman will play a part in it though, because of his experience. I'd like Osman nowhere near that game; we're going to need legs in midfield. Matt
chicagoblue
McCarthy and Barry have done wonders for us, but I can't think that many would not wish to have Gibson available now. Barry's on 9 yellow and certain to pick another up in the run in. Who comes in when he misses two games? Do we rest him against Palace to be sure of having him for United? I think I would, Barkley and McCarthy deep, we have enough players to rotate further forward, leave out Gerry who is too much of a defensive liability and play McGeady and Mirralas who will do their duties. How far away is Gibson, will ge be back before the end of the campaign? Going to be a real crunch this last month, every match bigger than the last. I think I recall Francisco Jr being sent out on loan, do we have any other youth who can be called upon in the centre of the pitch or are we stuck with Osman/Barkley to fill in should either of the usual duo miss out? JoeQuince
I believe that, after this past weekend, Barry would need 15 to get a suspension (3 games)... Which is unlikely.
