Palfy
Even if we pay 24 let's get him sooner rather than later, like Pad said let's not mess about and fuck this up, hopefully he will want us as much as we want him it would make things so much easier. Bailey
I'm not buying into this haggle over 6mil. When you factor in wages etc it's buttons. I suspect the issue is more over how the fee is paid. Lowensda
Shukes
That was the first offer even before anyone admitted there were talks. Now we are actually in talks with them we might see some movement.

We've been forced and then lived through operating in the red, its cost us dearly, and we still aint clear. Time to operate like every penny counts, if the club fancy being lenient then reward the long serving foilk that turn up with lesser priced tickets and change from a £20 note for a beer, hotdog and roll of sweets. Home is where the heart is, theres supposed to be a ground move coming, rewarding those that have suffered might entice them to uproot and become part of the new face, atmosphere, construct of the club. If they keep him another 6 months that's mostly his fee there and then let along bonuses etc.
Shy_Talk
Maybe it's those wages that are the hurdle to signing.
Hafnia
Imagine if we had a CEO who wasn't such a useless nugget. Maybe we wouldn't be saddled with shite commercial deals, ridiculous contract for our ex manager meaning a 10m pay off and such. I await the odious tanned pricks agm spin tonight where he blames league position on revenue.
EFC-Paul
£22.5m will be the agreed fee... got a feeling

Theres some pressure on tonight isn't there, I wonder if those in the hot seats all run out together to start the meeting to z-cars.

markjazzbassist
Disgraceful the way they treat players there. mourinho in particular. full france international plays a lot for them, can't even get a cup match? bizarre.
Paddock
This is the one I want most of all this window. Him and Gueye in midfield will hopefully see an improvement in Barkley. I think Mirallas will be ok to start but we need another winger and striker and centre half and goalie. Paddock
I agree with all of that, plus another ACM. Yep, but if I had to choose 3 positions excluding Lookman it would be Shneiderlin a new striker and a new goalie.

It would be Schneiderlin, striker and ACM for me. I think Joel has done alright to be a stop-gap this season (not saying we don't need a new keeper though). scouse
think this will be done before EOW, needs time to settle plus he hasn't played match for sometime so will need time to come upto speed, thankfully he wont need to adapt to Koemans style!. excited by this deal him and Gana will be a solid pairing in the middle hopewe pull it off. Agree think 22.5 will be the price aswell! markjazzbassist

Matt
I'm happy to give Robles a go for the rest of the season although wouldnt say no To Heaton or Forsteri think Robles deserves until the end of the season, to truly show is ability or lack thereof. I've always had a lot of faith in him, so hoping he proves me right Cornish Steve
Shukes
Both keepers have shown that they are only good when it facing shots. Steak can look like a keeper and can make some great saves... but suffers from Howard syndrome and will fuck up! Robles can catch better but doesn't save much. We need a better keeper. But I am not sure Schneiderlin is the answer! Hardly uses his hands and not sure he commands the box.
