Has anyone been watching him at PSG since he left? (I haven't, by the way). He's at an age where he's obviously got a limited amount of seasons left in him - has he still got the same pace? I think it would be very naive to assume we're signing the same Gana that we sold 3 years ago. There must be a reason PSG wanted to let him go after a few years.

Hard to say hasn’t played much in the last 6 months, but I would assume due to age his pace and energy haven’t increased. 

I watched him a lot mate. Played most of their champions league and big matches. Looked completely different than when he was with us. Played more as a box to box progressive player. Looks more offensive than he was he ever was with is.

really enjoyed that video and discussion. 
Easy to see why Frank has such a high IQ, seems a very thoughtful and intelligent person. He definitely has all the attributes to be a very good man manager, and you can see that building a squad full of people with the right attitude and character are very high on his agenda.
He was also talked a lot about alignment of all at the club to be aiming for the same goals and having a clear pathways on getting to them. 
I think given the right amount of time, I think he will get this club to the right end of the table. Interesting the comment about Sir Alex and his view a reasonable cycle in football is 4 years to get wholesale changes implemented. Arteta will be going in to his 4th year in December, so that rings quite true.  
I think we really have to stick with Frank and his team, through ups and downs over the next 2 or 3 years at least and remember the low base from which he has started. Change and improvement might take a bit of time, but I get the feeling its going to be done right.

Wouldn't lose any sleep losing any two of those. Preferably Mina to get him off the wage book. We desperately need stability and a long term CB partnership

So many people look at stats to justify a player's worth it's ridiculous. How many assists would Son have got for Burnley last year, I can't imagine it'd be much more!

The problem(to me) with people like Gana is that they want to pretend people with different beliefs or lifestyles don’t exist or shouldn’t exist, and if they do acknowledge them it’s usually to do so in a negative way. No one is expecting anybody to go suck a dick after wearing a rainbow shirt. It’s simply accepting a persecuted group into a society which already should be accepting them. 
Also, when Liverpool(the team) gets persecuted like homosexuals have been for well… forever, then I’ll gladly wear a red shirt to work to show my solidarity with them. 

It's the overpaying (both in transfer fees and wages) for the players that's the real problem and has meant that we've felt the impact of making bad signings twice over.
Not only have the transfer fees fucked us with FFP but then we haven't been able to get rid of those players because we gave them such stupidly inflated wages that no other club would give them if they left.
So we've been stuck with a shit squad and can't bring in players that are better than them until they fuck off on frees.
It pisses me off just how badly we've been run. I feel so much anger towards those that have sanctioned this shite.
