It was close but ball didn't completely go across goal line based on what they showed at the end of the match.

Just seen the goal line technology.. millimeters in it.

No idea how we haven't taken something from that. Had VAR not overturned that goal, i think we win that game.

So many times he had an easy pass to play someone in, but he decides to run into a player for glory instead.
So frustrating when he looks up and sees them as well, but decides to ignore them.
Nearly loved  him right at the end though.

I said that about his game months ago not a team player just out for himself constantly wants to cut in and take the shot on, he never passes never looks for a team mate in a better position but why would he he has no intention of making a pass anyway. Yet he has great ability and was a huge upgrade imo on McNeil today just a shame he’s such selfish cunt. Would Dyche be able to get that out of him yes he just won’t play him much as we’ve seen.

...but this why he won't play him.

He most likely has to show Dyche in training first. Not in matches first...

  • Tottenham have won more Premier League games against Everton than they have versus any other side (30).

  • Richarlison has scored four goals in his last three games in the Premier League, one more goal than he had scored across his previous 40 appearances.

  • Richarlison is the 13th player to score against Everton in the Premier League having previously played for them in the competition, and the first since Joshua King in October 2021 for Watford.

  • Sean Dyche has never won away to Spurs in the Premier League, with one draw and six defeats, seeing his teams score three goals while conceding 17 in return.

  • Son Heung-min scored his 11th goal in his 18th game of the season in the Premier League, surpassing his tally for the entirety of last season (10 goals, 36 apps).

  • In his first game of the season in the Premier League, Everton’s Andre Gomes ended a run of 71 games without a goal in the competition, scoring for the first time since February 2019 vs Wolves.

I was so suprised by this performance - after the disappointment of a mid week cup exit, I would have understood if the team just didn't turn up today, I was really not expecting such a performance - especially after going 2-0 down.

Given the circumstances, a lot of todays performance that was as good as we have seen this season.

So it’s Dyche’s fault 😂

It wasn't that long ago we went to Spurs and went 2-0 down early on and got destroyed because our heads went down. The difference between then and now was vast - we didn't let a slow start get to us as at all and did enough in the rest of the game to win it.

The players and management are doing an excellent job.
