pete0
He looks like a ringer at a 5aside game. Doesn't look like he's knows how either team likes to play, and is so far off the pace he's just chasing shadows.

Bailey
He pretty much plays central for us. He certainly offers no help to Baines when attacking down the left. The bigger impact is that he is playing for a well organised team against a bunch of shit teams. Thats why you never buy players on international form because it's completely unreliable. pete0 and Matt

Rooney thinks he's messi but he's not. pretty much this. I'm totally surprised as to how much time Rooney has been given in the side, I saw him as a starter sometimes, a bench player coming on to influence things later in the game, but it's a long season with Europe and the hope of a deep cup run. He's got a lot of miles on him and I thought he'd be played more sparingly. markjazzbassist

MC11
Sick of hearing fans saying play him as a 10. He'd be dogshit there too. Waste of money massively. A £15m player at best. Yes that's an £8m player 10 years ago.

He's been in the 10 although a crowded one. Someone please find his heat map

The heat map would probably show a player being played out of position in a new team with a young center forward. If you speak to Swansea fans they will say he is at his most effective as a no 10. London Blue
8 hours ago, Paddock said: We've played with two dcm for years now- all through Martinez reign and now Koemans. We played with a holding midfielder to sit in-front of the defense (Barry, Schneiderlin) and a pressing midfielder (McCarthy, Gana). We played with players who had pace, creativity, and got into attacking positions, like Mirallas, Gerry, Barkley. Because we play without width or pace the midfield becomes crowded, there are no easy outlets so Schneiderlin cant find a pass and has to turn on the ball until something opens up. Gana is forced further forward and has to be more of a creative player, which he is not. We lose the ball and Gana ends up taking up the same positions Schneilderlin does. We played Barry with McCarthy, one sitter and one box-to-box. We still do the same just Gana is absolutely bollocks over the half way line and a headless chicken in his own half. Schneiderlin isn't close to Barry either. Fucking tragic midfield to watch in all honesty. I don't enjoy watching them at all, genuinely gutted when I see they're names on the team sheet.
