To repeat the now bloody obvious: our very best chance is straightforward — Leeds do no better than draw at Brentford.

Not literally our only chance, as Burnley could take only a single point from their final 2 matches.  We could beat Arsenal.  Sure.

But clearly our best hope now is Brentford at least holding Leeds to a draw.

Both English commentators on US tv say obvious red.

Echoing what's been said, it definitely was a red and at the very least, Mike Dean should've had Taylor look at it.

But again, we've been absolutely shit. Blame the ref sure, but we've been just awful

I think that it was a yellow and a half, but you see red given all the time.

Entirely typical for us this season that he escapes and then goes up our end and scores of his shoulders as our headless defenders klutz about him.

Gomes should never have been picked in a million years if any other midfielders was available, Coleman has been mugged as our deepest defender at least 3 times this season and conceded a goal now.

If we go down we deserve it.

Only listening to EFC commentary. Seems there are no guts out there and unfortunately I include Coleman who is fighting a losing battle without the troops around him. Are DCL and Richarlison really up for the fight probably knowing they are out after Sunday? Gordon has to grow up, throwing himself to the ground is immature and has he not learned from Richarlison that refs will ignore it?
