Don't get the discussions as whether these 2 are wingers or not, neither pulled up any trees in there heyday, neither held a permanent place in a premier side.
Neither will improve us, this is back to Moyes days when no money was available, why are we in the bargain basement, with billionaire owners, and a new manager who must have had assurances about money available. Even the keeper we have signed is well past his sell by date, if not in years then certainly in talent, any one who watched Bournemouth in the play off semi final would not have been impressed, Hennessey would have been a better bet imo. let alone our own under study keeper.
Why do we have all the highly rated players in the under 21s and under 23s, yet still bring in journeymen with no interest in us or our future.
The whole strategy at the moment worry's me, and points towards another under achieving season.
I hope there is more on offer than has been shown so far.

If he does come, I'll probably feel just as little as I do for the club now. But what I wanted to say is; Rafa will know he's not liked, hated even by some. He knows that he'll walk into a shitstorm of abuse, from kopites too probably. He'll know that will extend to his day to day life since he lives in the area. Despite knowing all the horrible crap that will inevitably come his way, if he comes he will come in spite of all that. You don't do that just for a pay cheque. You do that because you're determined and want to embrace the adversity. As much as I don't want him here, if he comes he'll naturally get my support but also a chunk of respect too. And someone with that determination would actually be a welcome change to be honest.

Whoever it is i want it soon, and im prepared to give him time to sort this mess out that has gone on for far to long , not a 5 minuet job to sort this lot out, the last 5 managers have failed.
We have had enough of that, appoint a man and leave him to do his job, and back him.
Ex red or someone new, lets not cause divides before anyone is appointed.
We are Blues and we get behind our team, and manager.

Im not sure about Raffa the gaffer, but i will give it a go if the board think its worth a shot.
I have been wrong about our last 5 managers, who i thought were right at the time, as have most people on here.
They must have been impressed with the interview, to want to take the anti Raffa salvo that was sure to follow.

I would take either Conte or Bielsa in a heartbeat. Unfortunately both are unrealistic targets. Nuno is the most obvious candidate, but I see him as the next Marco Silva. I really hope Bill is calling Martinez at this point.

Crock of shit, and blaming the ones you don't like does not change anything, all players not bothered, tactics non existent, they have been on the beach for months now.
The most worrying thing is nothing is changing under Carlo.

That team of play safe, go backwards, show no desire turned up again.
We have a team who try not to lose, rather than a team who want to win, sooner this season is over the better.
Villa were poor and there for the taking, they lose there 2 best players and it does not affect them, we lose good players and we are crap.

I will never accept another bang average team, without there star player, who influences games a lot more than any of our players, can out fight us, out work us, have more desire and better tactics than we do. yet again.

Game by game I am becoming less convinced that one or two coming back will really matter that much. We had Allan, Gomes and Davies against Burnley and they outplayed us. We had Siggy, Allan and Gomes against Chelsea and we didn't touch the ball (for all I remember Allan playing well). We had Gomes and Doucoure who were briefly joined by Allan against West Brom and they were the better side. Against Southampton we had Gomes, Siggy, Doucoure and Allan and they were comfortably the better side in the second half after a relatively even first half.
I think those hanging their hat on us being loads better when we have a fully fit squad (if there is such a thing) are going to be disappointed.

That team may have been missing a few players, but it was far superior to the Brighton side, so no excuses about missing players.
The one thing i can not accept from this side all season, is there pathetic work rate and attitude.
No matter what side we put out, the least is has to have is a good work ethic, and pride in the shirt, i have seen very little all season, if was not Carlo in charge, and it was one of our last 3 or 4 managers, we would be calling for his head.
Everyone on here including myself has called for time, and transfer windows for him to get players in.
But i am greatly concerned in the time he has been with us, the team work rate, and pride has not improved at all.
When you look at the sides we have lost to Burnley, Fulham, Newcastle, etc, etc, some one said we did ok tonight because we had a few players missing, it was Brighton for gods sake.
All the games we have lost, is simply because the other sides worked harder than us, that is unforgiveable.
I hate to say it but Everton are boring me to death, with there indifference to the cause.
