@pete0has admitted Gana was/is a great player, @Romey 1878wants to give Gylfi a new contract, @Hafniawants to re-sign Lukaku and @Palfyactually posted something that made sense (only the once like). T

Allan makes a huge difference when on the pitch. Absolutely can’t wait to get Doucouré back too.

If it stays 2-2 it will feel like 2 points dropped. Such a good attacking performance thats let down  by 2 horrible moments of defending.

This could be very interesting match with both sides having a very similar mentality, but the big question is who will be the biggest bottlers on the night?

I'd take a 5-4. Could happen.

With the players available I wouldn't be surprised if we see the formation used against Liverpool were we kept shifting from 541 to 4411.

Pickford

Coleman Holgate Keane Godrey Digne

Rodriguez(Coleman) Allan Davies Gomes

(Rodriguez)

Richarlison.

Personally prefer us to go on the front foot with a straight 442.

Pickford

Coleman Holgate Godrey Digne

Rodriguez Allan Davies Iwobi

King Richarlison

Any chance of King getting a start?  doubt it.

             Pickford

Holgate  Keane  Godfrey Digne

             Allan   Gomes

Rodriguez      Sigurdson     Iwobi

                    Richarlison

other option would be

                             Pickford

              Holgate    Keane   Godfrey

Coleman                                        Digne

                     Allan     Gomes

  Rodriguez             Sigurdson      Richarlison

With Richarlison having freedom to go more central

There's not really many other options!

A completely different game to what we saw at the start of the season when arguably our strongest squad started, something which cannot be said of many games this season.

Richarlison was completely unplayable that day, and it seems from the initial handful of games his form has really dwindled this season in the league. If I remember correctly he made 11 dribbles in the reverse fixture. It felt like a taste of what's to come. Unfortunately our squad just hasn't got enough depth to keep that quality in performances.

It really does feel like the season is pretty much over for us, and once again we look to next year to finally witness this "sleeping giant" rise up.

I hope we can get the result and pray other teams around us fall off, allowing us to look to a European spot.

I’m hoping to see some players return and give some good performances. Despite however many points we achieve towards the end of the campaign it is important we keep trying to put on as best performance we can, and carry that over into next season.

Good to be back 🙂 hope i haven't missed too much.

Brands is shit, debates about Gana and Lukaku, Gbamin injured, square pegs in round hole tactics, the seasons over and we've given up.

So no...

What a pile of steaming horse shit! "Underlying data" and "expected goals," total joke for me. From a site that's about gambling rather than sport, the two have become entwined in recent times which is extremely sad imo.

I expect better from you Matt.  In one thread you say you won’t tar all the shite fans with the same brush and then you misconstrue my opinion of brands and exaggerate.  Never said he was shite.  Said he was good not great and not elite.  How about taking everyone where they are at, or is that just for shite fans?

Well I wasn't naming names, I was making light of number of daft discussions which is what makes TT so great. So calm down ffs.  I didn't even have you in mind when I wrote it.

Made a tongue in cheek comment predicting 5-4 for the cup game!

Hopefully some faces are back for this one but who knows with Carlo.

As long as we don't set up with 6 defenders i will be happy.

                                             Pickford

                  Coleman      Keane     Godfrey  Digne

                                      Allan     Gomes

                  James               Gylfy              Richie

                                             King

Going to sit back with a beer AND zero expectation about this game. Then watch us blow Spurs off the park COYB.

Holgate over Coleman a gripe.

With injuries it’s as good as can be expected

I can only think Coleman isn't in good enough shape to play 2 games in a week.

I suppose it could be 5 at the back again though with Iwobi as the wing back.

Its good for us that Dier and Aurier play, and that they are likely to play next to each other too. Its a shame to see that Sissoko is back in for them though.

If we win, that would undoubtedly spell the end for Mourinho.

I think that he will be given the Carabao Cup final, though if they fail to win that (and with them set to miss out on Europe) it'll be the end.

Things have spectacularly failed with Mourinho, it was just such a bad move on both sides.

I'm looking at the following XI for tonight:

Macallan (c)

Bunnahabhain / Penderyn / Singleton / Inchgower

Aberfeldy / Jim Beam / Togouchi / Chivas

Glenkeir / Douglas Laing

Tamnavulin, Talisker and Laphroaig being left on the bench is a mistake for me, they offer more depth in my book.

Given current limitations, my only change would be playing King instead of Iwobi.

Not seen anything in his minutes on the pitch to trust starting him tbh.  Then again I've seen iwobi have more horrendous minutes than king has been on the pitch for.

He can’t be impressing in training otherwise he would have surely got the opportunity he was brought in for as cover for DCL
