Allan is done as well. Judging by his reaction is a nasty one as well. Groin injuries are fuckers.

I am surprised he started. He has been great and it is probably a good thing he did start but this is all new for him over here and it takes its toll.

It also means James is playing until the end. Which at the moment is a problem both because his defensive effort is lacking when we need it but also because he also isn't someone we want suffering from fatigue and getting injured!

international break coming up thankfully

Didn't realise that it was an international break, that's come at a really good time for us after this evening. Hopefully we can limp past Brighton and then have Allan back for the Derby, would be really gutted if we had to play without him as he's been fantastic, and would be badly missed.

Don't think Gomes (too attacking) or Davies/Delph (too shite) would be able to cope.

GGGOOOAAALLL!!!

Phenominal vision from Iwobi, bouncing the ball against the post in order to put it on a plate for DCL. A 5-5-0 formation would be lovely now, park the bus and make Jose Mourinho look like the most attacking manager the world has ever seen. Take 420 minutes with the next throw in and treat every foul as if they're a broken leg.

Wrap James in bubble wrap and tell him to mark the corner flag too please.
