You can develop what exists, but instinct is something you're born with. His instinct is poaching, and he is at a similar level to Lukakus abilities. He may not be the cleanest striker of the ball, or the most composed one on one, but you'll be hard pushed to find anyone who can read the movement of those him around in a crowd as well as he does, or have the desire to get to the ball first.
