For much of that game we were the better side. Said before the game that even if we lost as long as we showed progress I could take it. We did show progress so I can take it. It's a massive shame that all the focus will be on him for that mistake, but that's the way it is as a keeper. I still think he is a huge asset to the club and we should do everything in our power to keep off the vultures at Man Utd. We took that game to them and more than held our own. We really need to sign Gomes if possible as he’s the cog that makes us tick. I’m gutted for Jordan as he’s been a great signing and he’ll be hurting badly. I hate to look to blame anything but sometimes I really feel we don’t get the rub of the green. Really proud of the performance as a whole and I think we can take away a lot by the way the Kopites celebrated as if they’d won the league. Gutted, proud and optimistic.
