He's that arsed about you and the 36 thousand others, he spits his dummy and refuses to gove 100% . After he's done a fair majority of those fans get a bus or train home or jump into their mindeos, focus, fiestaetc a lot of them in debt upto their eyeballs with mortgages and car loans etc while he hops in his Bently , drives to his 5 bed detached somewhere in cheshire to his beautiful footballer wife and doesn't give a flying fuck about any of them.

Mirallas is a talented player => is the best player on the team => is one of the best in the league => makes Messi look like Brenda etc. etc. Or Mirallas can be inconsistent => can't be arsed => is too full of himself => is creating a new Nazi party... Of course, none of these extremes are true. He's one of the top players on the team, probably not the best. He's frustrating because offside so much. He can run hot and cold, but so can many players. He wants to play for a CL team, and don't all players with the chance to do so. I don't see him as a villain or disruptive influence, myself. He's someone who is talented and frustrated, and that's what we see on the field.

depends on how much funds we have. anything 20m and under no thanks, i'd like 4m for him. if we have over 20m i'm okay with 6m. we have enough english and homegrown players that we can get some foreigners, and why not.

And that, in a nutshell, is the best indictment there is on the FA's new policy about restricting foreign players. It won't improve English players (only more investment at the youth level will do that), but it will inflate prices for them. In effect, clubs will be forced to pay more than players are worth. Agents must be loving this.

more an indictment on the low quality of english players for me. germany, spain, france don't seem to have a problem fielding decent teams with lots of their own nationals.

I think boyd would be a similar price, wouldn't mind both here next season. Big summer for RM this year. Hope he doesn't try and build round tippy tappy crap and goes more dynamic.
