Oztoffee
Had a good game v Brazil. Did what he had to but also moved forward with intent and laid off a few good balls into the area. Solid as.
Btay
Read somewhere he won player of the month? I'm happy for him and all, but I think a few others have edged him and could be more deserving. He wasn't expected to play such a big part so soon so it's us saying, "good on ya lad you've fitted in well and not let us down". markjazzbassist

I mean you're right there Mike, it will give him an extra boost and maybe settle him aswell. Perhaps keep the youngsters grounded as well. He has done well and does deserve praise! Hafnia
Its the way a lot of Everton fans think, build a player up so that they can then knock him down Not necessarily, I don't think naismith, kone and Cleverley had that privilege. MC11
He's been brilliant more than good enough. Hasn't looked at all out of place. Easily player of the month considering the circumstances
gethinO
Agree. I was expecting him to need at least 6 months to settle to the Prem but he looks settled already. Comfortable on the ball, reads the game well and has a great leap. Well done Mori lad.
Btay
Never a case of not thinking he isn't good enough, just think there had been a few slighty better players. But again, glad he got it and I think we've got a real player here. Romey 1878
Cornish Steve
All credit to the Everton scouts. He was a total unknown, and more than one commentator was smirking. It turns out we're having the last laugh. He's a great addition to the team.
markjazzbassist
Congrats on his first goal! What a player. He slotted right in and it's like we don't miss jags at all. Great with the ball and a serious jumper I think by this time next year after a full preaseason and games of premier league we could be talking about him in the same reverence we do stones now. Really loving this guy. Matt and pete0
Hoof_It_Nev
Made up for the lad scoring his first goal. Here's to many more future goals! Hopefully that'll give him confidence - should do him wonders.

Cornish Steve
And it's easy to forget the draw of home for young guys. Not everyone can move to a new continent, to a place where they don't speak your language and you know no-one. It's not at all a sign a weakness. It's just real life. With appropriate man management and encouragement, I'm sure he'll enjoy his time at Everton.

MC11
As well as he has played I really hope Jags is back before the semi finals Serious penchant for Jags with you Dunc. We haven't looked any weaker at the back without him in the side. He's always been a 2nd tier centre half for me. Solid and worthy of most of the top premier league sides but never been able to step up as an elite. pete0
Romey 1878
I thought Mori had another below par game tonight myself. Wickham bullied him and he panicked. Matt and duncanmckenzieismagic

Brilliant clearance in the first half after Bolasie (I think) had whipped one in, won most of his headers... Some of his passes were a bit dodgy but thought he was ok personally. True, he struggled, but I actually thought that was more a credit for Wickham (who I've previously thought was shit but he was excellent at bullying and hold up play)
Hafnia
Wickham is a unit, he would be a test for any centre half. The times when Stones pursued him he did well.

Not in the slightest, I just recognise a good defender when I see one He may not be as pleasing on the eye as Stones but for me he is still a crucial member of our defence. Every great CB partnership had a pairing that complemented each other , Pallister had Bruce, Ferdinand had Vidic, Ratcliffe had Watson I honestly think that a lot of people in here view Mori's performances through blue tinted glasses. Its just my opinion of course but for me at this moment in time Jagielka is far more reliable than Mori
MC11
I think he's "solid". Definitely good enough to be here which is more than you could say for Alcaraz! 100% upgrade. Distin always had his moments too but was solid 98% of the time. Not worried at all when he plays.
