Keane can be the bench guy. I for one didn’t think and still don’t think he will make it in the PL as a CH, for me he’s not strong enough and gets bullied far too easy by strikers, but as a DM he looks like he may have found the perfect position for his talents. He has played in the PL as a CH, but I don’t think he’s made the position his own, Everton will by 1 or 2 CH in the next couple of windows and he will lose his place in the team, that is my opinion and I don’t think any manager coming in will see him as a first choice CH. Btay
Positionally he was very good. If have no issues with him playing a few more. He’s athletic, can tackle, can pass and decent on the ball. He’s got that same raw exciting look besic had and I hope he can keep playing well at CM or CB Matt, StevO, London Blue and 1 other 3
nogs
Bizarre reports linking Newcastle and Sheff Utd with him in papers this morning. £14m? Surely got to be complete BS, we'd be mad to sell this lad. markjazzbassist
Popular Post Romey 1878
He's another one that I'd like to do well for us because he's like DCL in that he seems to love it here and be a genuine lad. Yeah, he's got a mistake in him but he's 22 and that's extremely young for a CB. That position is all about experience and learning, and he hasn't actually played there a hell of a lot. I'd love him to go on and cement his place. Matt, Btay, Wiggytop and 5 others

Heath
What a versatile player Holgate is. The fact that he doesn't look out of place in the midfield speaks volumes about his ability. If he's handled correctly I can see him going on to be a top player... hopefully for us. chicagoblue

Romey 1878
It wasn't hard to stand out yesterday but he really did impress, and put in an accomplished performance for the most part.
Finn balor
He deserves a new contract regardless. He’s confident and likes to get amongst it. Future captain material. Got highlighted on MOTD last night Matt

Yes yes yes, just the fact that he has been considered for the England squad will in prove his confidence no end, and we as a club will benefit from that. That is his reward for playing well and that it hasn’t gone unnoticed will confirm to him he’s doing the right things, I’m made up for him.
