It's funny that he gets a bit of the patronising "good tryer" stuff yet week after week he shows that he really does add something to our forward line that we haven't had since we seen Rooney as a 17 year old scrapper... he makes defenders rush. He deserves to be playing for us at the moment because he is the only player capable of leading the line and putting the ball in the he back of the net, but he isn't a striker for a team that was expecting to get into Europe.
