Other than that, yeah, similar players. Besic constantly makes himself available for the ball and looks forward when he's on it. Gana does not. That’s one I will agree on is that Gana doesn’t show or move enough for the ball. Morgan’s been as bad for it this year.
Matt
funny how Gana doesn’t show enough but makes the most passes in the team. I wonder how he’s getting the ball in order to pass it on 🤔 MikeO and nyblue23

Just too many times this year I see our fullbacks lump it into the channel because the CM hasn’t made the 15 yard to show for it. It’s not only Gana who doesn’t do it. Haiku
The lad never had a chance to prove himself. Don't forget he suffered major injury not long ago that kept him away for too long. Now he has a chance to build up match experience at Middlesbrough. If I was the manager I would give him a try next season and if he doesn't perform, then I would sell him in the winter. markjazzbassist and Matt
Sibdane
I'd be curious to see if he can stay healthy and put a solid run together at Boro until the end of the season. So far, so good. Romey 1878

I can't see it tbh, I like the lad but if he does well at Boro I think they will try to tie him down he's not a starter here and we have options in the middle and will likely re enforce in the summer

Btay
Assist for the third goal, good ball as well. ( 2 red cards in the game and besic didn’t even get a yellow....) plaidharper

You can add cental midfielders to the list as Gana is our most consistent DM and he isn'tt going to displace Davies etc Fact is he isn'tt good enough and moving forward we should be strengthening come the summer so where does he fit in Bill? Bill
He should replace Rooney, and let Siggy play central mid instead of playing him on the wing. Our record signing and he's getting played out of position. Every decision Allardyce has made this season has been woefull, midfielders playing on the wing Lookman and Besic sent out on loan, Vlasic nowhere near the team and all three should be in the squad at least. Palfy
Still believe he should be here I'd put him in front of Gana and Schneiderlin, unfortunately could see him asking for a transfer to stay at Boro he's enjoying his football there, another loss due to shit management. Shukes
I hope he keeps it up and gets a chance in the summer for us. A player that recycles the ball and is happy to go in any direction..... we could do with that right now. Besic and Lookman our on loan... could they have made a difference to us right now? Btay
4.5 million is a steal for him and any promoted team should jump on that.
Palfy
Don’t want him to go but if has to go 4.5M is surely giving him away. MikeO and markjazzbassist
Quinn31
If he's doing this well, I'd like to see a new manager come in and evaluate him. Maybe regular playing time will knock some dust off that's developed due to injuries/not playing much. Still don't think he'll feature here again, but we will see. markjazzbassist
he was solid with martinez, not great with koeman but then again everyone looked like shit with koeman. maybe he's actually decent if we have a decent manager.
