Definitely not a strength of his, which is why his perfect cross, left-footed no less, to Onana in the second half was such a surprise. I guess Onana was shocked, as he missed a free header that would have made it 1-3 and saved us all a lot of fretting. More left-footed crosses from Coleman, please. StevO
The lad has been cursed by taking the number 3 shirt. Mark my words, injury after injury until he changes it. It’s obvious!! Romey 1878

Hafnia
Absolutely huge miss for us…. Huge. He completely changes the nature of our play with his willingness to get forward and creates pockets for the midfield. people think of his position as to how we defend, it’s more than that, he impacts our transition and stop’s opponents over committing cos he can hurt them. I think having Coleman at right back vs Patterson is a big difference in how we look on the ball. Coleman hasn’t done anything wrong but you can’t replace what Patterson gives us going forward and I’ll be extremely excited to see how Calvert lewin benefits from the added width and counter attacking potential. Not to mention you get Onana breaking in to the box as well. I don’t think many centre halves will relish both Onana & DCL in the box with crosses coming in. Bailey
Out for 6 weeks according to Frank. It might not be a bad thing for him as he has been in awful form since he came back and it will take some of the pressure off him. duncanmckenzieismagic and Romey 1878
Shukes
He needed to be taken out of the limelight, this could end up being ideal for him. I just hope it doesn’t affect him as his last minutes on the pitch we’re listening to boos. He has had a few terrible weeks. But he is definitely a player I think has a very good future ahead of him. He needs cover that side, but it’s his permanent position down the line. duncanmckenzieismagic, Btay and Romey 1878

Wiggytop
He grew into the game really well IMO, Mitoma started very bright ans was winning that battle, it evened out as the game went on, with Mitoma becoming less effective , he will benefit from that game knowing he kept one of the more dynamic wingers quiet. Credit to Iwobi for assisting him also. badaids and Romey 1878
Popular Post London Blue
He was quality last night. What impressed me the most is that he leant and adapted as the game went on. He got caught out a couple of times, then adapted and was immense. Quality performance, and I hope, as other have said, that we have our new starting right back. Popular Post Palfy
He’s played very little football at this level for such a long time, so would expect him to be a little bit rusty and off the pace as we did with DCL, yet imo he has performed like DCL extremely well in a short space of time. Hopefully we can now forget about Holgate and Godfrey becoming first choice replacements for Coleman.
