I can’t recall us bringing players back after they’ve done well at the loan club but it’s happened a lot where players aren’t getting enough game time. I think this makes a lot of sense - he’s essentially taking Rondon’s bench slot and is much further on than Cannon having scored in League 1, Scotland and now the Championship- better than 1 in 3 in all and only 21 (22 next week) - definitely worth a look and if he can’t show anything, I’d guess there’ll be a few clubs in the Championship willing to pay a decent(ish) price. I don't think it is likely but the reports are that we are sniffing around other strikers which wouldn't make sense. But it’s the first through ball our team has attempted in a long time. You can’t rate him on ten minutes. He needs time to get into the game and find his place.
